Investigating the challenges and barriers of convergence between Iran and republic of Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan republic is considered as geopolitical depth of Islamic republic of Iran. This republic has some common features with Iran. These convergence and common characteristics have the capability of both opportunity and threat. The factors as coreligionist and the same race with Azeri tribe of Iran and also Azeri sects, common frontiers, common history and culture are common between Iran and Azerbaijan. Due to mismanagement of these common features, it becomes a threat. So four mentioned factors cause the challenges in relationship between two countries. For example, common frontiers caused that the Iran enemies as U.S.A and Israel deploy in Iran north frontier.This study was done as descriptive and analytical and investigating the barriers and challenges between Iran and Azerbaijan republic.
