Reliability Prediction Base on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis

To predict the reliability, there are several methods by default most of them, the possibility of determining the failure rate of parts through testing or statistical data is available in Handbooks reference for standard parts from this perspective, is a serious problem for the calculations. The method presented in this paper, calculating reliability using data derived from FMEA techniques may require assumptions made, procedures and mathematical equations needed to predict the reliability.With this innovative method to estimate the reliability, precise definitions of the levels of Occurrence and probability of detection, defined and based on the ranking, the probability of each failure mode should be calculated on the final product. Then, using the appropriate method of statistical mathematics, probability of failure and consequently the probability of success of the product or the reliability for mission, will be calculated.
